Return and refunds policy

At Purely Panache, we take pride in delivering premium perfumes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our perfumes or personal care products once they have been purchased.


2. Exchange Policy

We understand that issues may arise, so we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Products can only be exchanged if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange for another product of equal value, or pay the difference if you choose a higher-priced item.


3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery, or

  • Incorrect (different from your order),

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@purelypanache.com with proof (order number and photos). We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.


4. Conditions for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved by our quality control team.
